Established in 1938 by Ralph S. Gilmore, R.S. Gilmore Insurance Agency, Inc. is well into it's
third generation of family ownership. We have become one of the fastest growing insurance

Meet the Team
Timothy R. Gilmore, CIC
Principal of R.S. Gilmore Insurance Agency
Tim joined the agency in 1990 after working as a insurance underwriter for 5 years. He took
over as President in 1999. He currently controls the management of the agency and is involved
with both personal and commercial service and sales. Tim resides in North Attleboro with his
wife and his two children. He is active within the community as past president of
the North Attleboro / Plainville Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club. He also is very active with
local North Attleboro youth sports.

 Mike Michel
Vice President
Michael partnered with R.S. Gilmore Insurance Agency, Inc. in December 2007. He is a licensed
insurance agent, spending the majority of his time managing the commercial lines division. Michael has
an extensive background in the construction industry and specializes in designing commercial insurance
programs that are specific to his clients' needs. He is a graduate of The School of Management and
Labor Relations at Rutgers University where he was a member of the golf team. He now serves on the
Attleboro Area Golf Committee, promoting the game and organizing many local tournaments. A
longtime resident of Attleboro he now resides in Rehoboth, MA with his wife Kellie and their family.

 Susan Hawes Smith
Personal Lines Supervisor
Sue is a licensed Insurance Agent who joined R.S. Gilmore Insurance Agency in October 2000. She oversees our
Personal Lines division. She is a graduate of Southern Connecticut University and has 15 years experience in
Customer Service Management. She lives in North Attleboro with her husband and daughter.

 Rachelle Tucker, AAI, AIS, CPIW
Commercial Accounts Manager
Rachelle joined R.S. Gilmore Insurance Agency, Inc. in January 2009. She has been working in the
Property and Casualty field for over ten years and is currently working towards her Certified Insurance
Counselor designation and has achieved the Accredited Advisor in Insurance and Associate in insurance
services designations. She has also served on the Massachusetts Association of Insurance Women board
of directors in the capacity of Assistant Director and most recently Director. She currently resides in
Attleboro, MA with her husband of ten years and two children.

 Joanne Guimond
Personal Lines Account Executive
Joanne is a licensed insurance agent who joined R.S. Gilmore Insurance in September of 2009. She has been in the insurance business for over 28 years and currently serves as a personal lines account executive. Joanne currently resides in Taunton and is active in the Taunton Community as the Vice President of the Greater Taunton Lions Club and an advisor for the Taunton Leo Club. When relaxing Joanne enjoys spending time with her two daughters and seven grandchildren.
